On monday all participants arrived in Valka/Valga.

After a great first journey through Latvia, Estonia, Russia and Finnland, the second southern trip started. Our first CityTwin was Český Těšín (CZ) / Cieszyn (PL).
We had an interview and lots of meetings with cross boarder institutions in our groups treating several topics like administration, culture, economics and education

After a great first journey through Latvia, Estonia, Russia and Finnland, the second southern trip started. After two days in Český Těšín (CZ) / Cieszyn (PL) our next stop was Görlitz (D) / Zgorzelec (PL). .

After two days in Český Těšín (CZ) / Cieszyn (PL) and Görlitz (D) / Zgorzelec (PL) our next destination was Guben (D) /Gubin (PL). In the evening we arrived at our last Twin-City Frankfurt (Oder) / Slubice (PL).

After a great first journey through Latvia, Estonia, Russia and Finnland, the second southern trip started. After our stops in Český Těšín (CZ) / Cieszyn (PL), Görlitz (D) / Zgorzelec (PL), Guben (D) / Gubin (PL) we arrived at our final city Frankfurt (Oder) (D) and Slubice (PL).

On saturday finally the participants voted for the new CItyTwin Capital.

25 young people from several European countries will have visited seven twin cities in the form of a experimental game. They were members of a fictional selection committee of the European Parliament and have decided upon according the award of European Capital of Culture Twin City 2020 to one of the visited twin cities.. They met with representatives of cultural, administrative, civil society and economic surveys and residents to get information about the quality and intensity of cross-border cooperation.
